5 important steps if you're in an accident

1st- Call the Police! Even if you decide later that you don't want to file an insurance claim, you should always call the police so you have an accurate and official report of what happened.

2nd- Seek medical attention If anyone is hurt or injured the first focus should be on them so get all necessary and needed medical attention right away.

3rd-Call your Insurance company. Let them know an accident has a occured and you are taking your vehicle to The Body Shop of Athens. They will send an adjuster out to see the vehicle at our location. REMEMBER- you have the RIGHT to choose your repair facility. No one can tell you that you have to use a certain shop.

4th-Full Service Claim Handling Drop off the keys, pick up a rental car with no appointment needed and let the Body Shop of Athens go to work for you on getting your car repaired.

5th- Pick up your car! We'll call you when your vehicle is ready to go and you can stop by and pick it up!
